FAQ’s
  1. I’m not very good with computers. Can I get help? – We at waste-ex are only too happy to help with your listing, profile, uploading photo’s or anything else to do with your listing. We want to help give your ad the best visibility possible. Just get in touch and we’ll help guide you through the process. We also monitor ads posted and we may alter them to your benefit
  2. How do I get in touch? – You can call 0333 4440664 or email info@waste-ex.com
  3. What are your hours of business? – We operate Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) 0800hrs to 1700hrs.
  4. I think that my account has been compromised. What should I do? – We operate on a secure, data encrypted server so there should never be an issue that your account has been compromised. If you feel that your login details have been compromised you can change them via the Dashboard on your account. There is a password reset function at the login page and in the worst case please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
  5. My listing has disappeared. Where has it gone? – All listings expire after a given period and must be relisted. The listings work with the latest listings appearing first so in order to give your listing the maximum visibility you should relist on a regular basis.
